On 14th November on the Occasion of World Diabetes Day, the postgraduate department of Community Medicine Government Medical College Baramulla organized Screening cum medical camp and awareness programme at RTHC Kalantara. Awareness was provided to the general public, health workers and staff regarding the significance of the day around its theme" breaking barriers, bridging gaps". MBBS interns talked about different aspects of the disease and its prevention and management. Dr Uruj (Associate professor) and Dr Abdul Hamid(Assistant Professor) discussed and assessed the posters presented by interns during the programme.
